What is a GLO2Facial?
GLO2 is the latest version of the oxygen facial. GLO2 has several customizations leaving you with instant results and zero downtime. GLO2 uses oxygen and ultrasound for maximum product absorption while also producing collagen to plump and firm the skin. If you are looking for age-reversal effects, it is recommended that you do a series of 6, weekly or every other to really boost collagen production. If you choose to do a series, you may purchase a package; 3 at 10% off or 6 at 15% off but they must done weekly or every other week.
Your reviews say you do lash and brow tints, and waxing but I can’t find them on your booking site
I no longer provide these services as a stand alone. My main focus is facials, and I will provide these other services as a add-on to a facial only.
What if I’m running late?
If you are running late, please call/text (619) 726-8147 and we can figure out the best plan. I can’t always accommodate you, but I will do my best. I pride myself on my timing and I respect my clients schedules. If you’re going to affect the guest(s) scheduled after you, you will be asked to reschedule.
What is your cancellation policy?
We request that you reschedule or cancel your reserved services with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations and No Show appointments cost money. We reserve the right to ask for a credit card guarantee on any service. Clients who repeatedly cancel, reschedule, or No Show appointments will no longer be offered online booking. I respect my clients time, personal schedules, my personal schedule, therefore, reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if you are late. please consider traffic when leaving for your appointment and plan to arrive early. If I have someone immediately after you and you are late, you will be rescheduled. I reserve the right to charge you $50 for cancellations within 24 hours. No Show appointments, or arriving late for your appointment resulting in a rescheduling will incur a fee of $100. These fees will need to be paid in order to schedule any future appointments.
What’s an extraction?
An extraction is the manual removal of blackheads and pimples.
Which facial should I choose?
If you’re unsure, choose something from my “Tell Me what to Do”. Doing several treatments within a service is always better. We can target multiple concerns giving you the best outcome. If your skin barrier is broken down, we will focus on repair before doing anything more aggressive.
What is a treatment?
Treatments are designed to improve your skin. You may stack multiple treatments in one facial for the ultimate result. Treatments are: Dermaplane, Diamond Glow Microdermabrasion, Power Exfoliant, Glo2 Oxygen Facial by Geneo, Hydrafacial, and Nano Needle
How do I order Dermalogica with my membership discount?
Any current membership holder will receive 20% off Dermalogica. Please email mintskinca@gmail.com, let me know product name, size and quantity. You may pay via Venmo @mintskin, cash, Zelle, or I can email you a invoice. Let me know when you plan to come by and your product will be at the front desk ready for you to pick up at your convenience.
If you don’t know what you need and would like to discuss it with me, please schedule a “product purchase” on the site. That will give you 15 mins to discuss needs/wants and set you up with product
Do you offer first time client discounts?
No, I do not offer first time client discounts, but I do have a loyalty program. For each service or product purchased, you receive points. When your reach enough points to cover a scheduled service, the discount is automatically applied to your bill.
What’s the best way to book and appointment?
You know the saying “Jack of all Trades, Master of None”? I can not manage everyones booking needs well, unfortunately. As I have become increasingly busier, it’s best for you to schedule online. When I am with my guest, I give 100% of my attention to that person. I am not answering calls/texts. My appointment book is up to date and you can schedule within 15 mins of the current time if the appointment is available.

Your online schedule says you’re open, but your hours say you’re closed. Is your schedule correct?
If my schedule says something is available and you want it, take it. I’m human and sometimes life forces me to change my schedule.
What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept everything! I prefer cash, Apple Pay, and Venmo, but I also take all credit cards.
What products are used in your facials?
I use nothing but the best dermalogica products in all of my facials. Dermalogica is cruelty free, vegan, non-comedogenic (doesn’t cause blackheads), formulated without artificial colors and fragrance, PH balanced, formulated without parabens, and free of mineral oil, lanolin, and SD alcohol.
